Position 1：Online Tutors
Responsibility:
Are you a passionate educator looking for a new challenge with some flexibility?
Here at Can4u, we will be a professional new studying platform that brings effective, fun, one by one online learning to Chinese students.

You will coach students in K12 English, Maths, Science, or adults English test learning;

You will engage with new clients to understand their needs.;

You will contribute to a team and help define and improve our new product;

You will build relationships with children and families and retain clients for the long-term.
Experience:

Tutor and teaching: 1 year (Required)
License:

Canadian Certified Teachers (Preferred)

TESOL, TEFL, and ESL (Preferred)
Position 2：Tutor coach
Responsibility:
-
Design the teaching guideline for tutors;
-
Teaching and coaching tutors to be a qualified online tutors;

Create and deliver web-based tutor training sessions with online conference tool (eg. Zoom, Tengxun Class).
Experience:

Tutor and teaching: 5 years (Required)
License:

Canadian Certified Teachers (Required)
Position 3：K12 Content Creator
Responsibility:
-
Develop interactive and engaging course materials for K12 students using digital learning technologies (eg. PowerPoint);
-
Design daily practice sheets for K12 students via an online learning platform based on content;
-
Create and deliver web-based tutor training sessions with online conference tool (eg. Zoom, Tengxun Class);
-
Coordinate with Learning Management System (LMS) specialist to manage online modules;
-
Improve and update learning content continuously based on student and course development.

Position 4：Education Manager
Responsibility:
-
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of the online English curriculum for training programs;

Arrange tutors' teaching schedules;

Collect the tutors and students' feedback to give the online system smoothly and efficiently;

Recruit and hire teachers and other staff;
-
Plan, administer and control budgets for projects, programs, support services, and equipment.
